Mix the following in a bowl until blended.
8 oz. brick (1/3 less fat) cream cheese
8 oz. (light) sour cream
4 oz. diced green mild chili’s
1 packet of taco seasonings
Spread onto a large platter (16”)
Sprinkle on one bag of shredded lettuce (or thinly cut romaine lettuce)
Dice 2 tomatoes then add on top of lettuce
Throw on 1- 8 oz. bag of shredded cheese
Finish it up with sliced black olives- serve with taco chips.
