I am SO EXCITED! Last night I asked all of my Mama Carp Facebook friends & family to help me launch a new feature called “Hello! My name is… “ Here I can introduce them and the favorite recipe that they are known for- I’m excited to post all of the recipes and pictures! I will be the first one to get it all started- I will be serving these Jameson Cidertini’s at my Thanksgiving feast!! Soooo Gooood!!

Favorite Recipe: Mama Carp’s Jameson Cidertini
Perfect for fall celebrations – makes 4 martinis
- 1 cup fresh cider – I use my Northwoods Apple Cider recipe
- 4 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 4 cups ice
- Sugar for rim & garnish with fresh apple slices &cranberries
Cut lemon in half and use to rim your martini glass with sugar. Put the cider, whiskey, maple syrup, lemon juice and ice in blender and blend 15 seconds or to desired consistency. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple, apple with a cranberry or a few frozen cranberries tossed in bottom. This can also be made in a traditional martini shaker.
