I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was a beautiful day filled with my beautiful family. My Niece Kris flew in to spend the holiday here- it was sooo very special, it had been 10 years. Tyler, ended up in the ER, Craig took him right before dinner was served. Not so good…a torn muscle in his back. Everything worked out-Ty & Craig returned home, and we filled up their plates! Craig told me that he thought the turkey was excellent… Yea!! Out of 23.5 pounds there was a quart baggie left- that brining recipe is the bomb! My Sister Jackie had left her extra incredible homemade pumpkin pie….everyone knows I can’t be trusted with a pumpkin pie (thanks a lot- lol) sent my weight up as usual- just way to good!
Well, with that holiday at an end usually I decorate for Christmas the whole day after. Not the story this year- had to work on one of our flip homes we had rented out- I am working on the Christmas decorating and will post pictures soon. I did get a lot done between working on flip # 3. I finished the quilt for Anne & Sean’s new baby Kiera-
And baby Paxton’s quilt….
And a quilt for Allie’s car….
And my new Christmas quilt for my sewing room : )
Had a few visitor’s on the lakeside…
