Deck the halls with boughs of holly

Hello!! It’s been a little slow going around here, Craig & I are recouping from our surgeries this week. I must say that the Minnesota Vein Institute staff was wonderful- Dr. Wahlstrom & especially David who I believe is an outstanding individual. Not the best time of year to have had this done but we’re tough lol!! Getting the Christmas decorations up is taking waaay longer than usual… chocolate has helped : )

Here I am, one of my most cherished pictures. Thank you Jackie for taking me or I would not have this.

I have loved Christmas for as long as I can remember. I especially love Christmas music. I remember playing one of my families favorite albums on my little phonograph on the floor of my bedroom when I was quite young. I was singing at the top of my lungs- my Mom opened the door and said “Teri- its JUNE!!”…..so?!! I’ve gotten a little better, September I start thinking about it, by November its game on. I do have a significant collection of Christmas music now and Craig has been more than very understanding. Now Christmas movies are also a very healthy collection- and there are many favorites. With life in the new house I have been hard at work to make this a winter wonderland. I knew that this would be a great thing to share… I had hoped that this year would be the first for our Christmas party for all of our family & friends. It will have to wait for one more year- the bar will hopefully be finished and I felt that was a vital part of the party plan. It’s just as well, this year Craig & I will curl up with our lovely Jobst stockings on and sip on some hot chocolate while we watch Elf <3

Here is a few pic’s of our Christmas so far – have a wonderful weekend , love t
