Easter greetings! I’m sure all of you are as anxious as I am for spring to hurry up and get here! Easter is always a sure sign of great things to come. Whether you’re hosting an Easter get together or need to bring something to someones house here are a few ideas from my recipes that always satisfy.
My Hare today gone tomorrow snack mix is great individually packaged in Easter baskets or in a big bowl for everyone to snack on. This recipe is used ALL year long- I take advantage of all the seasonal M&M’s.
My “go to” sides for big get togethers are my Elegant Holiday Potatoes and also my Strawberry Spinach Salad (my most requested recipe- EVER!)
Try this salad with shrimp for a great meal with a crusty baguette and white wine- mmmm so good!
