This martini has been my signature drink for many years.I always keep these ingredients on hand; Dekuyper Watermelon Pucker, Dekuyper Island Punch Pucker and Absolut Citron Vodka.
Super easy, 1 shot of each shaken vigorously with ice, pour into martini glass and top it off with a fresh lemon slice. So, is it a “guilty pleasure” to drink it or could it be to serve it?!!

Here in Minnesota, rhubarb is a cherished springtime delicacy! I made this recipe for a bundt cake but you can easily make this into cupcakes, just adjust your baking time.
I started with my favorite “go to” recipe for an amazing white cake from the King Arthur Flour Company called “Tender White Cake”. You will need a box of KAF cake flour blend, I found it at my local market.

I brought home a bag of broccoli slaw determined to come up with something interesting with it. My Daughter Allie suggested we use it in place of the broccoli florets in a favorite salad we’ve made forever. I whipped it up and it was DEVOURED- really delicious!- Nice job Aller ❤
